Saw Operator

Based in Bingley, M & M Yorkshire Stone Products is a family run business which has been established since 1993. We currently have a position available for an experienced Stone Saw Operator to work within our busy quarry.

Duties included in this role will be to work part of a team operating stone cutting saws with vacuum lifting and croppers to cut stone as required. You will also be loading and unloading blocks/pallets using a variety of fork trucks. You will be expected to maintain high levels of quality and safety standards, adhering to all PPE requirements. Manual lifting will be required.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is essential.

Fork truck operating experience is also mandatory for this role.

The role we have to offer is Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm and alternate Saturday’s 7.30am - 1.30pm. Use of your own vehicle is preferred due to location.

Competitive rates of pay - can be negotiated based on experience.
