**Project Manager**

**Snapshot**:
**Role: Project Manager**

**Hours: Full time hours 35+ per week**

**Location: Rochdale**

**Salary: negotiable depending on experience.**

**Role Overview**:
This new exciting, fresh opportunity has arisen to become a key part in the Routes family and be hands on in ensuring high quality standards.

To work in close partnership with, the Business Process & Sustainability Director, all members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and key members of the Routes Healthcare team to manage and drive the delivery of key business projects, which support digitaltransformation and continuous improvement across the business.

You will be required to manage multiple projects at different stages and interact with both internal stakeholders and work closely with a range of external parties including suppliers.

**Your role will involve collaborating widely across the business and communicating clearly and effectively to the SMT and the Routes Healthcare Board.**
**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage the delivery of the digital roadmap including the implementation of Access products across the company.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the successful delivery and embedding of operational change and transformation projects.
- Work closely with external parties and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of the agreed scope, which meets quality acceptance criteria.
- Owning and managing overall project delivery (including project plans, resource requirements, budgets, quality acceptance criteria and key milestones) and reporting ensuring the BP&S Director, Programme Sponsor and stakeholders receive regular updates onprogress.
- You will identify, communicate, and resolve risks, concerns, issues, and dependency blockers, initiating appropriate escalation to the BP&S Director and Project Steering Group(s) where required.
- Manage expectations for the delivery of a project and escalate issues on deadlines as early as possible to enable appropriate corrective action to be taken.
- Understand the dependencies between different projects and liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate resolution where conflicts occur.
- Support the innovation of new internal/external technologies and ways of working.
- Providing support with ad hoc requests as requested by the BP&S Director.

**Experience**:

Registered Nurse Band 6 or above. (Essential)
Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle. (Essential)
Willing to commute across the designated area. (Essential)
Tracheostomy and vent. Experience. (Desirable)
