We are recruiting a Clinical Practitioner for our Five Rivers Residential service in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

Your role as Clinical Practitioner will focus on supporting and upskilling managers and support workers to embed and infuse attachment and trauma-informed care approaches into their practice. This is achieved through the delivery of group consultation, reflective practice, training, assessment, and formulation.

The Residential team is enthusiastic and welcoming, and they work hard to embrace psychological thinking and reflective practice approaches in their work with children and young people. The Clinical Practitioner’s input is highly valued, and their opinions and formulations are actively integrated into practice.

There is scope for evolving and expanding the clinical role within the team and we are proud to have a dynamic and creative approach to implementing meaningful change within our service.

**Role requirements for the Clinical Practitioner**:
Clinical psychologists or counselling psychologists must be HCPC-registered (pending registration considered if you have a doctorate in clinical or counselling psychology)

Child psychotherapists must be UKCP registered and accredited

**Essential**: must have experience relating to working with children and young people who have experienced trauma and neglect

Experience completing clinical assessments

Desirable delivering training programmes

**You will receive**:
Salary of £43,000 - £50,000 (pro rata, equivalent to NHS band 7 or 8a depending on level of experience)
