Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated & caring team at Pike Moor Vets.

The position is part-time working at both our Westhoughton and Horwich branches.

As the first person to greet clients on their arrival you will need to provide excellent, friendly customer and patient care in varying situations.

You will need to be able to work under pressure individually and within a team environment.

You will need to demonstrate:
A passion for providing excellent customer care and the skills required to provide this care within the Veterinary environment.

An excellent telephone manner and communication skills

Flexibility within the role

The position is for approx. 20 hours per week with some Saturday cover.
