**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supporting Effective Planning and Distribution**:

- Collaborate with the transport team to ensure timely and efficient distribution of timber products.
- Contribute to the planning process to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.

**Identifying New Planning Methods via Software Applications**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to improve efficiency.

**Supporting Continuous Improvement Activities**:

- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the transport and logistics function.
- Provide input and suggestions for enhancing processes and workflows.

**Supporting Health and Safety Initiatives**:

- Adhere to and promote health and safety guidelines within the transport department.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety initiatives to create a secure work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in transport planning or logistics is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
