**Mission**:

- As a content creator: _

To help cement GameStake in people's minds as the most fun, engaging and rewarding brand in the casual gaming space. To source and develop brand relationships and represent GameStake at events, online and via GameStake and personal social media channels.
- As a Social Media Executive: _

To Grow GameStake owned social channels, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the social media presence at GameStake. Working alongside a Digital Exec; you will plan and maintain the BAU, campaign and partnership publishing across all the GameStake social media channels. You will also provide administrative support on daily publishing, operations and audits.

**Responsibilities & Reporting**:

- Reporting to the Head of Content
- Write, develop and pitch creative concepts for social media, in app and marketing content.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop and produce videos, audio and copy content for our app stores, paid ads, and social channels.
- Support manager in digital marketing tasks where needed.
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Reporting on campaign results, regularly updating the wider team on how things are performing whilst coming up with recommendations on the back of results.
- Content ideation: Working with the various marketing teams, agency partners and creative teams to help bring to life campaigns in the social space with a particular focus on the Home and Beauty business units.
- Work closely with agency partners and creative teams to ensure we are producing best in class, social-first content at all times with a focus on style, briefing them accordingly.
- Scheduling all content across relevant channels, becoming the expert in our preferred tool, whilst becoming the point person and expert on how to use the platform.
- Asset management of our various content streams ensuring they are all saved down and accessible to the wider teams for sign off and posting.
- Copywriting: writing copy for our social posts and AV taking into consideration our brand tone of voice and strategy, working closely with the Head of Content.
- Sourcing brand and influencer partnerships.

3 posts per week on personal Tiktok. 2 IG story posts to personal IG - These can be day in the lifes, casual posts
