**Role and Responsibilities**

The Information Services Officer is responsible for supporting regular processes that underpin the functionality of the Information Services Team and are fundamental to internal and external customers. These processes encompass a range of aspects including responding to internal and external requests, you will need to understand the needs and requirements, and ensure SLAs are met. You will have close interactions with internal IT colleagues and work as a team to meet the needs of internal customers, external customers and 3rdparty clients.

The role will come with plenty of opportunity to hone existing and develop new skills and you will be supported with a clear development plan and objectives as well as the opportunity to gain more formal training where relevant.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working on our software system and updating cases as per responses from third parties
- Produce and send remittance advice and reports to clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Reconciliation of print run and liaising with our supplier where issues occur.
- Analysing data for differences, highlighting, and talking these through with other team members.
- Reviewing cases in our software system and linking cases that are for the same customer.
- Upload new work files onto the system and cross referencing to verify the data is correct.

- Ability to work to timeframes and on own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail and a quick thinker.
- Able to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the business.
- Good Excel skills.

The role is Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (core hours 8am to 4pm). The role may require flexibility to work outside of our core hours at times depending on business need.
