In your role as a Planning & Control Improvement Lead, you will be working with the Internal Businesses and End Users to identify risks and issues relating to Planning & Control Processes and Systems, namely SAP and ensuring that these risks and issues are registered with the accountable owner for resolution. You will be coordinating and manage the pipeline of end user Planning & Control Process and System issues from problem capture and definition through to problem resolution, ensuring corrective actions are resolved in a timely manner.

**What you will be doing**:
You will coordinate and manage the pipeline of problem resolution activity through the relevant Subject Matter Experts, giving an exposure to a wide variety of technical issues.
- Deliver a level of fundamental training to new starters around the business on Planning and Control’s role and accountabilities.
- To conduct ‘Go-Look-See’ actives around the business to understand operational/process issues, to aide defining clear problem statements.
- Coordinate System User Acceptance Testing, Patch Testing and Regression Testing to ensure system integrity is maintained.
- Where required, performance centralised system transactional activities along with the design and creation of reports to support the business.
