Metal Fabricator

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team. The Metal Fabricator will be responsible for using various tools and techniques to fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, bend, weld, and fabricate metal components
- Perform sheet metal work including cutting, drilling, and shaping
- Utilise stick welding techniques to join metal parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Assemble fabricated metal parts to build structures or machinery
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards

Qualifications:
- Experience working with sheet metal and fabricating metal components
- Skilful in using hand and power tools for metalworking tasks
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and assembly processes
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for measurements and dimensions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship

Pay: £9.86-£17.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
