Studio Photographer/ Freelance

An experienced portrait Photographer is required at our Paisley based photography studio to photograph families and children of all ages, starting from newborn babies through to toddlers, children and adults. Photo shoot arrangements from individuals up to groups of 20 people. As well as conducting photo shoots confidently you are required to be skilled in photo editing and retouching using Adobe Photoshop along with experience in additional adobe packages such as Lightroom

Our friendly and relaxed studio is an amazing place to be, you would be working along side our creative team to produce amazing photographs for our customers.

Some photo shoot days can be fast-paced, so we only shoot studio bookings to a structured diary each week.

**Skills and experience required...**
- Good knowledge of DSLR camera settings
- Experience and knowledge using studio lighting.
- Great communication skills is essential, customer service experience and telephone manner.
- Experience in editing software such as Adobe packages is essential.
- A friendly, enthusiastic approach to people, especially children is essential.
- A creative, positive and enthusiastic attitude towards photography in general.

**Personal qualities preferred...**
- Previous experience in a job role working with families and children.
- Hands on confidence with small babies and newborn babies.
- Creative flare with the confidence to showcase it
- Work great as part of a team.
- Can work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
- Attention to detail and great cognitive ability.

**Please note** - this position is FREELANCE 2-3 days per week, weekends and midweek. Flexibility on working hours would be great in case we need cover last minute. But generally working hours are planned weeks in advance.
