**Job Description**:
As the Paralegal you will be supporting the Partner & CEO of the Group, key responsibilities will include:

- Researching on various projects, ie, available land enquiries, accommodation, housing projects etc
- Liaising with developers, stakeholders, clients, councils, government contacts
- Preparing legal documents
- Handling confidential client or case information
- Creating reports for Partner & CEO based on case specifications
- Monitoring changes to government guidelines or regulations and submitting reports on pertinent changes
- Contacting courts/government authorities to obtain evidence and transcripts
- Organising and maintaining legal files & confidential documentation
- Undertaking general admin support & adhoc project work as and when required

Skills Required:
Ideally educated to degree level in Law

Must have 3-5 years experience working in a Paralegal role within a Law firm

A legal background in commerical, corporate, property, would be desirable

Experience of liaising with senior stakeholders/partners/clients

Excellent telephone manner and writing skills

Proficient in Microsoft office, word, excel, powerpoint

Able to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines

Salary £23k-£25k, part time hours (3/4 days), flexible working, fully remote, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)
