Operations Clerk

We are currently hiring for an **Operations Clerk** based in one of our busy hub in Livingston, 30 hours per a week,** **Monday - Friday - 30 hrs (14.00 pm - 20.00 pm)**.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Driver brief and debrief
- Allocate collections and deliveries
- Taking calls and managing customer complaints
- Answering and raising tasks on Salesforce CRM
- Occupy the customer collect/drop-off point
- Complete day to day admin tasks
- Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required in the context of the job role as instructed by the Site/Operations Manager.

**Experience & Skills required**:

- Administration skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
