**THE BUSINESS**

We are bringing you the chance to join a well-establishedyet still rapidly expanding business with sites across the globe at their site in Cramlington. The environment is fast-paced and customer-facing, with a strong focus on teamwork and rewards built around this ethos.
**THE ROLE**
It will be your duty as Customer Care Coordinator to ensure commitment to customer satisfaction is maintained by providing a speedy and convenient service, driving sales of products and value-added services to a global customer base.
On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Customer Care for external and internal customers
- Managing customer expectation in line with business targets and corporate values
- Processing customer orders
- Managing customer complaints and all associated administration
- Maintaining and updating accurate customer information
- Taking ownership of customer contact to ensure satisfactory resolutions
- Directing customer re requests and unresolved resolutions cross departmentally
- Working closely with the team leader to establish best practice
**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
To be considered for the role, you must:
- Educated to a minimum of A-Level standards and/or with several years’ experience in a Customer Care role.
- Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Excel and other MRP, ERP, or CRM systems
- It would be highly desirable for you to fluently speak a second language however this is by no means essential.
