Maintenance Engineer (CNC)

£45,000 to £53,000 + Company Shares + Private Healthcare (includes dental, personal health fund, travel insurance, gym, mental health) + Pension + 30 Days Holiday

Are you a Maintenance Engineer with a background in CNC looking to join a bespoke blue chip manufacturer in a days based role where you will become a go-to technical specialist and have the opportunity to progress your career and gain shares in the company?

This is an opportunity to work for a cutting edge CNC Manufacturer that supports high profile customers in the automotive, aerospace, defence, motorsport and commercial industry.

This is a static role working in the new facility, which will consist of maintaining CNC machines as well creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to suppliers. Performing on site repairs, root cause analysis on breakdowns to prevent recurrences.

This role would suit a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to technically challenged while helping a rapidly growing company create the perfect manufacturing solution whilst having a great work life balance.

The role:

- Maintenance, Service and Repair of DMG machines
- Performing on site repairs
- Supervising PPM workers and ensuring health and safety is being followed
- Experienced in repair of CNC machines
- Previous Maintenance experience within the Manufacturing industry
- Technical understanding of electrical, mechanic and hydraulic systems
