As a Healthcare Support Worker at our Woking Hospital, you'll show us you're able to meet deadlines and follow instructions. You have a good telephone manner, and great computer and database skills. As well as great communication skills, you’ll bring a flexible approach to both your duties and hours. An NVQ level 3 in Healthcare is essential and Theatre experience is preferable.

**As a Healthcare Support Worker in Theatre, you will**:

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional standards of treatment and care in our state-of-the-art facilities and CPD programme. Our specialities include Women's and Men's health, Orthopaedics, and Eye Care with many more available. We are registered for 27 beds with en-suite facilities on the Ward, two Theatres with facilities including lamina flow and one Minor Operating Theatre, Pre-Assessment, Physiotherapy clinic, Onsite Pharmacy, Mammography, Xray and Ultrasound, with nine consulting rooms in Outpatients

Overtime

For clinical roles grade 9 and below, the overtime is at a standard rate of pay. For unsocial hours, you’ll be paid an additional enhancement to your salary at the following rates: Nights Hours worked between 7pm and 7am on any day of the week, 30% of basic hourly rate. Weekends Hours worked between 7am and 7pm on a Saturday or Sunday, 20% of basic hourly rate. Bank Holidays Hours worked between midnight and midnight of a bank holiday, 100% of basic hourly rate.
