An SEN TA is required to support pupils with SEND in upper Key Stage 2.

** SEN TA position, to start immediately
** £70 - £80 per day
The SEN TA Role:
As an SEN TA, you will primarily be supporting teaching and learning for pupils with SEN, within the classroom, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. You will work alongside teaching staff to adapt learning and differentiate work to suitably challenge the childrenyou support. As an SEN TA, you will need to manage behaviour effectively and support the individual needs of your pupils, which are primarily Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties such as Dyslexia.
The SEN TA:
To be eligible for this SEN TA role, you must have experience working with primary children who have additional and complex needs, especially Autism and ADHD. You must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of these SEN and how you can support them. Forthis role, you must hold a minimum of a Level 3 SEN TA qualification, and have a previous record of working within this capacity.
