**Product Manager, Software, MedTech, Remote Working**

My client, a rapidly growing organisation within the MedTech industry, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. The successful Product Manager will join the Product team, on a hybrid working basis, with visits to the Oxford office 2 - 3 days perweek. As the successful Product Manager you will operate within both an internal and external capacity, dealing with both customers and visiting customer sites, as well as working across the whole business amongst customer experience, engineering and seniorstakeholders. You will be an enthusiastic individual with high energy levels and the ability to communicate with both technical and non technical members alike. As the successful Product Manager you will take part in a range of duties, including but not limitedto:

- Customer engagement and requirements gathering
- Creation of roadmaps and strategy
- Pilot testing
- Usability testing
- Sprint planning and product backlog grooming

**What’s Required?**
To be successful within this role the Product Manager will need to have the following skillset:

- Proven commercial experience of Product Management within a regulated environment such as Fintech, Healthtech, Medtech or similar
- Experience working on a user-centric software product. Experience working with AI/ML based products would be great
- Prior experience working with engineering teams as well as senior stakeholders
