Caroline's Effluent Services Ltd has been established for 22 years and is a growing company with a fleet of 4 tankers and 3 vans. We're looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our growing team and assist with running our office and keeping the accountsside of the business in check.

**Duties include but are not exclusive to**
- Liasing with Caroline regarding customer enquiries
- Organising company functions such as lunches, training, and client events
- Filing and keeping office organised
- Adhoc administrative duties as and when required
- Working with the office manager (remote) to ensure company is running smoothly
- Tracking staff holidays and keeping spreadsheets updated

**Software Knowldge & Skills Required**
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive)
- Excellent verbal and written communication/telephone skills
- Good attention to detail
- Clear understanding of GDPR

**Personal Attributes**
- Able to self-motivate with good timekeeping skills as will be mostly lone-working (regular contact with Director via phone)
- Have a can-do attitude and proactive approach to work - not afraid to put a suggestion across
- Be organised and methodical
