**Ferns Surfacing is a leading utility contractor**

We are looking for an experienced Reinstatement Supervisor to join our team working on our Thames Water contract. The position will be based in our new, state of the art office in Maidenhead, but will require you to travel to other locations.

**Overall Purpose of Job**:
To safely and efficiently manage, monitor and resource our teams carrying out high volume reinstatement works mainly in the Thames Valley region.

**What you will need**:

- You will need to have will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, conscientious and able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and experience in the reinstatement / Highways industry

**Skills and Abilities**:

- People manager with good delegation skills.
- Good written, and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Able to work to deadlines, within a busy environment.
- Team player who can work collaboratively with others regardless of their level or position.

**Qualifications**
- NRSWA Qualification (required)
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- SMSTS (desirable)
- Experience in using works management systems (desirable)
- Experience supervisor for Water Reinstatement teams (desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
