**Do you have?**
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective relationships
- Knowledge of building construction, building standards and diagnosing defects
- Understanding of responsive repairs, stock condition surveys and minor planned maintenance / improvements
- HNC Building qualifications or equivalent, or be prepared to work towards gaining qualifications.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage the delivery of a high quality responsive repairs service, ensuring works are delivered effectively, minimising the disruption to our customers
- Manage expenditure, ensuring repairs are carried out within budget
- Inspecting properties and effectively diagnosing defects, assisting our customers to maintain their homes
- Work in a multi-disciplinary neighbourhood team, effectively managing our tenancies, properties and neighbourhoods
- Offering proactive, practical technical advice to residents and colleagues
- To undertake stock condition surveys of our properties and assist with the delivery of planned works
