James Kay Associates are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our growing client in Nottingham.
We are looking for confident and driven people with a strong desire to succeed. Professionalism and an excellent telephone manner are key, as is the ability to be both persuasive and resilient. Experience in a previous sales position would be highly advantageous, however even if you have little sales experience and looking to build a career in sales, my clients training and hands on coaching program will help you to develop and reach your potential in a sales environment with fantastic earning potential.
As a Sales Advisor you will speak to new and existing customers using the company's database and use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs and requirements in order to sell the appropriate product or service. You will be supporting them and providing excellent customer service and account management services.
What you will be doing:
- Your role will be based in the clients Nottingham office making calls to both existing and new customers working from a fully integrated, established database.
- Your primary objective will be to grow the business through client consultations over the phone and generate leads for the field team.
- Provide first class customer service to new and prospective customers and portray the company in a positive manner at all times.
- Educate customers on all the products and services my client can offer going through the features and benefits and detailed quotations.
- Maximise service and sales profitability by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
What we are looking for:
- Ideally you will have some sales experienced (office, call centre or customer facing role)
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive approach
- A positive and pro-active attitude, with the ability to stay focused when under pressure
- Strong IT skills, computer literate
- Hunger and motivation with a confident personality
- Willing to learn and develop in order to achieve results and reach your potential
They offer an uncapped commission scheme where your earning potential should be in excess of 35k per year.
Working Monday to Friday 830-5 (no weekends)
