Butcher Assistant required to join our busy team due to expanding Castle Meats is a busy Butchery business in Clough Co. Down, owned by Ryan Cope, an experienced Butcher with over 19 years experience. The company pride themselves with top quality meats and excellent customer service. Key job responsibilities include: *Use of meat grinders, knives, saws and other associated butcher tools to cut down various meats in preparation for sale *Excellent customer service, providing advise to customers where necessary *Cleaning equipment, fridges, and countertops to maintain a well sanitised area *Weigh, package, and pricing of products *Keep records of fridge temperatures
- Using initiative Previous experience is desirable but not necessary as training will be provided This is the perfect job for someone full of energy wishing to learn a new skill and develop within a busy Butchery environment.
