Granada Secondary Glazing is a leading name in secondary glazing solutions. We're committed to delivering premium-quality products and exceptional service. As an Order Processing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the trade sales department.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will play a pivotal role in the success of the Trade sales team, and the role will be busy, diverse and rewarding.
- You will provide an end-to-end support service to customers requiring bespoke Secondary glazing solutions.
- As Order Processing Coordinator, you will be required to process sales quotations and orders.
- You must have a very keen eye to detail, and have experience with data entry, taking pride in ensuring quotes are accurate.
- You will answer inbound calls from Customers, and deal with enquiries or issues with a professional can-do attitude.
- Working in a professional team, providing regular updates to your line Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience within a data inputting role, always ensuring accuracy.
- You will have worked in a Customer Care role, speaking with Customers daily and dealing with queries and complaints in a confident manner.
- Keen eye for detail, someone who prides themselves in their work.
- A self-starer, who can work off their own initiative, plan their day and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Onsite at Dinnington, near Sheffield
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
