**THE ROLE**

Due to increase workload we are looking for Modular Building Groundworkers to join our team, working on various sites nationwide - predominantly in Wales and the South-West. We will consider both PAYE and self-employed applicants. We are looking for CPCS excavator drivers, CPCS dumper drivers, CSCS labour/banksman, CSCS qualified ground workers (must be able to follow detailed drawings) and SSSTS working charge hand (must be able to run small team of operatives).

The positions ideally requires an immediate start but will consider a short notice period. Average weekly hours are approximately 40+ with early start time (5:30-6:00am) and staying away from home Monday-Friday, overnight allowance is provided along with paid accommodation.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have a valid CPCS card, a good knowledge of the construction environment and a sound understanding of health and safety. A clean driving licence is desirable. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, able to work within a group, make decisions and work to tight deadlines.
