**Salary**: £27,000 with OTE £32,000
**Working hours**: Full-Time Hybrid Role (Tue, Wed, Thurs in office)
Here at Serco, we work with Asylum Accommodation and Support Services to assist individuals through the asylum system, which includes providing them with temporary accommodation.
As a Property Sourcer, you will deliver required procurement levels to support accommodation needs on the AASC contract across both the MEE and NW regions. You will establish and build relationships whilst liaising with landlords, property agents and investors with a focus on new landlords that are unfamiliar with AASC.
You will have the ability to successfully engage and create successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have the ability to effectively communicate across a range of stakeholders, tailoring language to deliver clear and consistent messaging. You will demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritise own workload to meet specific timescales without prompt.**Why Serco?*
