Job description

**Fixed term for 12 months (maternity cover), 22.2 hours per week**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Course Publication Team Administrator to join our successful Student Recruitment Team within Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment.

Working as part of a professional service, you will be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. With recent experience of using databases and spreadsheets, you will have experience of ensuring compliance to regulations, policies and procedures.

You will combine your experience of providing excellent customer service, with your knowledge and experience of using databases and spreadsheets. Through this, and your understanding of the importance of data quality, you will help create and maintain course information and publicise this on our Course Finder web pages and external websites. You will also assist with course related enquiries from enquirers, applicants, and colleagues at the University. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to organise a varied workload are essential to the role.
