Mitch Building Services Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team. This position will be responsible for overseeing the renovation site and ensuring that all site personnel are following all safety regulations and operating in a safe manner. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for supervising the work of others on the project sites.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Supervising the safety of the crew on site
- Overseeing the quality of all finished product
- Inspecting and testing all finished product
- Inspecting and testing all sub-contractor work
- Inspecting and testing all site equipment and facilities
- Ensure that all work performed by the crew is safe, correct, and meets company standards
- Ensure that all safety requirements are being met at each job site
- Maintain a good working relationship with clients, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, construction companies, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Required Skills**:

- Durable work skills including attention to detail, organization, problem solving, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills including dealing with clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

**Desired Skills**:
Experience working in Construction/ Renovation industry and knowledge of all trades

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16.00-£22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
