Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Duties: - Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Create and implement care plans based on individual client needs - Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel - Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Collaborate with case managers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Qualifications: - Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred - Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility as required - Knowledge of medication administration procedures - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - First aid certification is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
