Bearfields of London Ltd is based off the Hainault Road, in Leytonstone and is within easy access of the over-ground and underground stations with good bus services nearby. We are a renowned London based food processing business, making some of the highest quality artisan hams & gammon products to be found in the UK.

Th business has been thriving for over 100 years, and many of our employees have been with us for over 25 years.

Due to the provenence and quality of the products that we made, we are experiencing growth in a time when other business's are suffering from lower orders, and as a result we are looking to attract some new people to join our already excellent team of workers.

Initially you will be trained over a period of 3 to 6 months, and our aim is that you will be able to support fully our existing Team Leaders, delivering performance in the factory and supporting our other employees, helping them in their day to day tasks.

The business operates Monday to Friday only, and employees work 6am to 3pm each day. **There is 1 hour break each shift, guaranteeing you a minimum of 40 hours pay per week**.

There is the availability of overtime, which we pay at a premium rate of time and a half.

We do not operate at weekends.

After starting your employment, you will be trained on all our internal operations and given the opportunity to train across all key areas of the business.

Whilst we are a food processing business previous experience in working with food is not a requirement, however an ability to demonstrate that you are capable of carrying out periodic checks and ensuring that paperwork is completed accurately and on time is important.

Our premises are temperature controlled, so you must be happy to work in a chilled environment. All workwear is provided by the Company to you, we pay monthly, and we have a friendly work-place.
