Senior Specialist Surveyor

**The role**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen on providing effective leadership and support to the team of specialist surveyor.

Reporting to the Project Manager (Damp & Mould), you will assist in ensuring that the organisation fulfils its zero-tolerance approach to damp and mould within its homes as outlined in the Southern Housing Damp and Mould Framework.

You will provide day-to-day support and oversight of the team of Specialist Surveyors, including diary management, appointment scheduling and specification creation in line with the Southern Housing Damp and Mould/ Repairs & Serious Health Conditions Standard Operating Procedure.

**What you’ll need**
- Previous knowledge and experience of a similar type of role
- Extensive understanding of all building surveying techniques
- Proven track record of leading a successful team and achieving upper quartile performance.
- Qualified RICS or CIOB (or equivalent).
