Our client a well-established Architectural practice with multiple offices UK wide require an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team in Welwyn Garden City. This opportunity requires an individual who has prior experience ofworking within the Architectural industry with a strong technical background for a company who have just secured a number of large projects and have many projects upcoming.

This is an opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to build an excellent career and play a key role in the design and delivery of exciting projects. This role requires strong knowledge of either AutoCAD or Revit and a strong attentionto detail. This role requires an individual to join the team and work on a variety of different projects. The current workload is predominantly high profile commercial, residential, education, retail and mixed-use projects. Our client are passionate aboutsucceeding expectations and ensure that buildings are designed to suit the best interests of their clients.

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Preparation of working drawings
- Coordinating technical information on a range of projects
- Work across all stages of projects from inception to completion
- Work on a range of projects in different sectors
- Using AutoCAD / Revit to produce drawings
- Working alongside colleagues within the Technical and Design team

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Living in or close to the Hertfordshire area (Or commutable to Welwyn Garden City)
- Ideally 2+ years' experience within the industry
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit (training can be provided)
- Strong technical background
- Motivated individual with an eye for detail

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Remuneration**
- Competitive Salary (£30,000 - £45,000 DOE)
