Early Years Practitioner

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in the early years
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
- Manage the daily care routines of children, including feeding and meal times, nappy changing, and nap times
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to provide updates on children's progress
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching practices to enhance the learning experience
**Requirements**:
- Qualified in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
- Experience working with young children in a nursery setting
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage a playroom of young learners effectively
- Passion for providing quality care and education to children in their early years
- Leadership skills to guide and support other staff members
