Square Peg Associates are working with a highly customer-centric business, who is recruiting a Bookkeeper based in Blackburn. They are seeking a professional and experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to process external clients’ accounts. This will mainly be using cloud based software Xero / Sage

**Position Overview**
- Reconciling sales invoices, receipts and payments
- Preparing income and expense analysis
- Preparing VAT returns
- Preparing invoices for clients
- Month end journals

**Bookkeeper Position Requirements**
- At least 2 years' experience within an Accountancy Practice is required
- Experience with Xero and cloud software is highly desirable
- AAT Bookkeeping qualifications, or working towards ACCA would be great, but not a requirement
