- This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

- The base location for this role is flexible, nominally based at one of our Supply locations, either London, Salisbury, Newcastle or Glasgow.
What you'll do
- Produce and maintain the Delivery Point Assessment documents.
- Provide Transport Solutions team with shop data supporting route planning.
- Survey existing shop estate for delivery efficiency opportunities.
- Visit all retail & supply locations across the network to assess and document the delivery process.
- Identify and report issues at delivery points. Recommend solutions for transport operational & planning teams.
- Work with Transport Managers and their teams to understand delivery challenges.
- Provide quality reports and feedback/solutions to the transport teams on new openings/Re-site/Customer Complaints/Actions following RTI
- Work closely with Property, New Shop Development and SHE to identify and report issues before lease agreed.
- Work closely with Central Planning Team reporting on issues that could impact on future route reviews.
About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
- You hold a minimum of a Class 2 licence, and have experience in the urban retail multidrop sector.
- You are an effective and confident communicator, in writing and verbally.
- You are confident using Microsoft Teams and Excel for producing reports and working with others.
- Have an open mind to new procedures and solutions to promote a safer working environment.
- Ideally you will hold a Class 1 licence and will have experience working with a variety of trailer types.
- Previous experience of DPA would be desirable.
- IOSH or similar Risk assessment experience/qualifications.
- Previous supervisory experience working within a transport office environment.
