My client is opening a brand new mental health hospital in Brighton and is looking to recruit a confident and experienced RMN to work days and nights on a shift rotation basis, on a salary of up to £42,000 working 3 shifts one week and four the next week.You will be contracted to work 42 hours a week.
Duties & responsibilities:

- Maintaining reports of patient's medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
- Changing patient's medication as indicated by their conditions and responses.
- Maintaining hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the health care procedures.
- Working towards leading shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team.
- Improve the management of the patient's condition
- Possess excellent team working skills, a high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
- The drive to continually push your own personal learning and development.
As the Successful RMN you will:

- RMN qualified with an active NMC PIN
- Have experience of working within a mental health setting and genuine interest in working in rehab services.
- Have Up to date clinical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead a team of HCAs
- Committed to working permanent for a growing company on a long-term basis.
