**Total Working Hours: 27 Hours per week**

**Working Pattern: Wednesday 9-5:30 (30 min lunch), Thursday 9-5:30 (30 min lunch), Friday 9-5:30 (30 min lunch) and Saturday 9-12**

**Rate of Pay: £10.87**

**What your working day will look like**:

- Participating in all branch processes
- Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
- Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
- Self-motivated
- Proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Previous customer service training (optional)
