**About The Role**:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Estate Worker based in Dorchester, South Dorset

This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with experience in countryside management to play an instrumental part in the management of our cut and collect highway verges program in Weymouth and public rights of way - improving public access to the countryside.
- a relevant level 2 NVQ or higher
- NPTC 201/202 (or equivalent) chainsaw certificates essential, 203 and above desirable
- NPTC (or equivalent) brushcutter certificate essential
- PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates would be desirable
- NPTC (or equivalent) woodchipper certificate desirable
- NPTC (or equivalent) ride on mowers desirable
- proven experience within the countryside management sector essential
- a wide understanding of wildlife and conservation and a passion for the natural environment
- a flexible approach to working hours
- the desire to achieve high standards and take pride in their work
- the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers.
- a good understanding of relevant health and safety working practices.
- a full driving license
