Cadetship Overview

The Fulton Hogan Operations Cadetship Program is a structured and guided one year program that consists of a number of rotations across our business. The program is designed for recent school leavers who are eager to kickstart their careers by studying a Certificate III in Civil Construction while at the same time gaining industry experience working on exciting projects within our civil infrastructure surfacing and maintenance teams.

This exciting role will be based onsite, working across projects to give you exposure in civil construction operations. As part of our commitment to your professional development, the program includes engaging rotations that will expose you to various part of the business.

What we need from you:

- Full Australian working rights.
- Able to work full time and shift work
- A great attitude and dedicated work ethic
- A current Australian driver’s licence (provisional or full) and your own transport is essential.
- Open to travel for projects (accommodation provided).
- Willing to undertake training and become multi-skilled.
