As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our business and split your time between supervisory tasksand Account Manager tasks

You will oversee all aspects of a trainee’s journey from starting their training to conversion to a full franchisee and you will also supervise, monitor, support, and report on all Account Manager Team activities.

As the Account Manager you’ll be proactively engaging with trainees to ensure that they’re progressing in line with the course syllabus and timeframes, as well as being their point of support. You will organise and facilitate a range of trainee engagementactivities, workshops, daily calls, and regular check-ins to ensure our trainees convert to full franchisees. The success of this role will be judged on exceptional service and engagement whilst ultimately ensuring our customers convert to long-term contracts.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Account Manager Team Supervision - direct daily supervision of Account Manager Team. Reviewing and monitoring monthly targets. Identifying sales opportunities and supporting team to achieve target. Ensuring high performance and high level of customer experiencethroughout Account Manager operation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting - supporting the analysis of data from trainee purchase, training provision and sale opportunity, identifying trends and opportunities. Reporting team’s progress on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Quality Management - supporting group QA who conduct call monitoring and FCA compliance. Feedback & coaching of Account Manager team based on QA outcomes.
- Trainee Franchise Conversion - working towards monthly/quarterly targets the primary focus is to ensure driving instructors are trained to join the driving school on a franchise.
- Trainee Progression - being a point of contact for our trainees, managing trainee progress, ensuring trainees are on target with the course syllabus and timeframes.
- Collaborative Working - Work closely with the Training Account Administration Team, Trainer Lead Team, Community Manager and Head of Instructor Training to deliver a proactive customer success-based experience for our trainees.
- Customer Success - Provide a first-class service to all trainees and maintain positive relationships that fit within a customer success model.

**What do I need?** Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

- At least 5 years commercial account manager (service, project, sales experience) in an a b2b or b2c environment
- Experience within a training environment (online/remote beneficial), online business education or in a franchise business model would be beneficial
- A proven track record of working to targets with an impressive success rate
- Proven track record of managing a customer’s journey from beginning to end
- Ideally worked in a fast paced, high achieving environment
- Exceptional communicator with experience in customer service
- Ideally experience working in a sales environment with demonstrable, previous sales technique training
