Our client, a privately owned housing developer in North London are looking for a PA to support the Construction Director.

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Diary management for the Construction Director
- Produce minutes for the quarterly production meetings
- Assemble Land Acquisition, Health & Safety and Board Meeting packs
- Assistant with creating a procedures manual
- Letter writing to both internal staff and external contractors and customers
- Manage any external complaints regarding site issues
- Perform general administration duties including filing, copying, ordering PPE etc.

**You must have**:

- Experience in a similar role but not necessarily in Construction
- Excellent use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisation skills and able to work well under pressure
- The ability to draft a concise and well worded letter

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
