Freshers Assistant

Do you love being a part of high-energy, fun events? We are seeking to recruit motivated, proactive individuals to join our team of student support staff.

The Freshers’ Assistant role will involve supporting the delivery of a range of events over the two week Freshers’ period, from **Friday 22 September - Sunday 8 October 2023.** This will include setting up tables, chairs and gazebos for events; supporting stallholders with arrival and departure, and meeting and greeting students as they arrive at the events.

This role will form a vital part of delivering a variety of events and activities over the Freshers’ period, ranging from the Bunfight, the Freshers’ Fair, Freshers’ Festival, Freshers’ Party and more. It is a fantastic opportunity to welcome new and returning students back to Southampton.

We are looking for confident applicants that are able to deliver great customer service with an open, friendly and approachable attitude, and who will carry out tasks with enthusiasm and commitment.
