**Investment Operations Assistant, London/WFH**

**c£27,000 - £30,000 + Benefits Package**

We are currently looking for an Investment Operations Assistant to join one of our financial services clients in London. The role will require someone with strong attention to detail, and good with Excel / data.

The following is an illustrative and non-exhaustive list of the key responsibilities of the role:
Managing a personal workload within agreed timeframes covering:
ii) investor and adviser payments/reporting covering distributions and insurance payments
iii) investment redemptions and transfers, including deceased administration
iv) adviser administration, including data updates, changes and supporting adviser data feeds.
Maintaining accurate data within the system and supporting client data feeds.
Obtaining and ensuring timely input from internal teams and third-party service providers such as accountants and custodians.
Escalating complex or problematic issues to the Investment Operations Representatives and management team for support.
Supporting the Client Services team by providing prompt input into client queries.
Ensuring that any agreed client prioritisation and reporting needs are met.
Following protocols and training to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met in relation to investment operations.

On offer will be a salary in the region of £27,000 - £30,000 plus benefits. Benefits include private medical insurance, Life Assurance, pension, flexible working 2-3 days in the office and other days working remotely + 25 days holiday.
