**Your Role**:

- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the Occupational Health Team to provide support and advice to the clinical team, officers and staff in relation to mental health issues. The role will require the suitable applicant to take the lead for the team regarding mental health, liaising with staff and management, triaging management referrals and undertaking case management consultations. Taking the lead on psychological monitoring and liaising with external agencies where appropriate. A good knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy is desirable but not essential.
