Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for a hands-on role where you will get involved in a variety of innovative projects, with a wide variety of work and plenty of autonomy, for a forward thinking and progressive company within the renewables sector?

On offer is a unique opportunity to get out from behind a desk and into a more varied role, where you will become a fundamental part of a growing business in a thriving sector.

In this role you will be designing one-of-a-kind, patented machinery within a tight-knit team of Engineers, working on Autodesk Inventor. This is a highly autonomous role where you will be managing your own workload and getting involved with every aspectof the product lifecycle, from research and development through to using test rigs.

This company aim to revolutionise engineering through their unique technology, transforming wasted energy into recycled electricity. Due to consistent funding, they are going full steam ahead and building a team of experienced engineers to help propel theirideas into the modern world.

This role would suit a Design Engineer looking to join a progressive and innovative company where they will become an integral part of the business.

**The Role**:

- Research, development, design, and testing of bespoke machinery
- Working on Autodesk Inventor
- Following the full product lifecycle, plenty of variety
- Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 4:45pm, finish at 12:30pm on Friday

**The Person**:

- Mechanical Design Engineer
- Experience working on rotating machinery, pumps, gearboxes, or compressors
