Cluster Clinical Co-ordinator

**Overview**:
Change Grow Live are currently recruiting a part-time Cluster Clinical Coordinator with an interest in social care/substance misuse issues. You will work within a team who address drug and/or alcohol use motivating individuals to create opportunities for their future, reinforce hope and support lifestyle change.

The base for this post is flexible; having bases in Accrington, Burnley, Preston, Chorley, Skelmersdale, Fleetwood, St Annes, Lancaster and Morecambe, however some travel may be required for meetings (travel expenses will be paid)
