**Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cocktail bar, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects including inventory management, staff scheduling, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- **Customer Experience**: Uphold our commitment to providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, engaging with them to understand their preferences, and ensuring that their experience exceeds expectations.
- **Staff Management**: Lead and mentor a small team of bartenders and servers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Provide ongoing training and feedback to help staff excel in their roles.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor and manage the budget for the cocktail bar, controlling costs while maximizing profitability. Conduct regular inventory checks, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Utilize social media platforms and local networks to increase brand visibility.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,500.00 per year
