**Protocol Education: Trainee Teaching Assistants in Newcastle**

Protocol Education, a leading recruitment firm in the UK, is currently seeking passionate and dedicated trainee teaching assistants to join our team in Sunderland, South Tyneside, or Gateshead. We partner with a variety of schools that offer opportunities to work with students of all ages, from early years to secondary, providing continuous training and support throughout your role.

**About You**

We are looking for individuals who have a natural affinity for working with children of all ages, are comfortable with special needs, and are passionate about making a positive impact on students' learning and development. While previous experience is not required, qualities such as commitment, passion, and dedication are essential.

**The Role**

**Role Details**
- ** Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30-3:30
- ** Students**: Working with students with special needs such as autism, speech and language difficulties, and learning difficulties
- ** Class Size**: Supporting students in a class setting of 6-8 students per class
- ** Development**: Developing students' communication and social awareness
- ** One-to-one Support**: Opportunity for one-to-one student support
- ** Creative Lessons**: Supporting students in creative lessons such as art, music, and cooking

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
