- **About The Employer**:_

Schools Plus manages community lettings for schools across England. We currently employ 270 people, almost all of whom work remotely. Schools Plus has been trading for 17 years and is the premium provider of lettings services.
- **About the Team**:_

We are a small HR Team, team of two. HR & Payroll Manager, Sam Cullum joined Schools Plus in 2016 and has provided all day-to-day HR support and payroll services to our employees since then.
- **About the Role**:_

We are looking for an HR Apprentice to join our small team and develop their skills in a highly important department for the company. The HR team will support the apprentice in their training and development and hopefully work with them for many years to come.

**And Day to Day?. You will be Responsible for**:

- Checking documents for new starters with the company
- Providing support and advice to employees and managers on company procedures
- Following up on training records, making sure probation reviews are carried out by managers
- Dealing with HR and Payroll queries from our employees
- Participating in team meetings about the direction of HR for the company
- Placing adverts for new staff opportunities

- GCSE - English and Maths (Grade C or above)
