**Interim Chief Technology Officer**

**Location: Zurich, Switzerland**

Oliver James are seeking an interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our client who are a technology company in the Zurich area. The CTO will be responsible for driving the company's technology strategy and ensuring that their products and servicesmeet the needs of our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals
- Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that support the growth and success of the company
- Oversee and help scale the technology team in Zurich to ensure that new products are delivered on time and to specification
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of software development, data management, and IT infrastructure
- Experience developing and implementing technology strategies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in German or French is a plus
