**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with individual and small groups of students to reinforce learning and provide additional support as required.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students feel safe, valued, and respected.
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher and SEN coordinator to support students with additional needs, such as those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), or dyslexia.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing feedback to the classroom teacher as required.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the learning and development of all students
- Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
